Sat, 18 Jun : Life After Stroke (On-site)

Life After Stroke is back! This new season will be held on-site with the 1st hour for an exercise session. The 2nd hour will be for games. More details on each session below:

Exercise (Let’s Get Fit)
The first hour, physiotherapists will be teaching us exercises to build our strength & endurance. Both sitting and standing demonstrations will be conducted.

Games/Sharing Session
For the second hour, participants will get to play games and bond with each other.

Note to participants:

  1. All participants must be masked up throughout the programme.
  2. Equipment and frequent touch points will be wiped with medical-grade wet wipes and hand sanitizers before and after use.
  3. Fans will be switched on throughout the session and windows will be left ajar to encourage air circulation.
