Did you know that osteoporosis does not only affect the elderly? If you are above 40, you might be at risk, especially if you do not consume enough calcium and vitamin D. Osteoporosis is a silent condition, which means that there are no symptoms and your bones can become weaker over time. With osteoporosis, you can get fractures easily.
